For siding, we match the method to the material and its condition. Newer siding in good shape can take a careful wash. Older siding or heavy growth gets a soft wash, low pressure and a cleaning mix that kills the algae at the root. Concrete is the opposite. It needs real pressure and a surface machine to come out even instead of striped. We bring both setups on the truck and use the right one for each surface.
